Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips (if using).
  6. Pour the batter into an 8-inch square baking pan that is safe for use in the air fryer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  8. Remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of chocolate chips you like.
  • You can add other mix-ins to the brownies, such as nuts, marshmallows, or peanut butter chips.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy!
