Air Fryer Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour the batter into an 8-inch square baking pan that is safe for use in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
Tips:
- You can use any type of chocolate chips you like.
- You can add other mix-ins to the brownies, such as nuts, marshmallows, or peanut butter chips.
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
