Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Tortillas
  • Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and add it to the skillet with the bell pepper and onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until heated through.
  7. Stir in the cilantro.
  8. Serve the chicken fajita mixture in tortillas with your favourite toppings.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of bell pepper you like.
  • You can add other vegetables to the fajitas, such as mushrooms, zucchini, or squash.
  • Serve the fajitas with your favourite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, or avocado.
