Air Fryer Cod
Ingredients:
- 4 cod fillets (about 1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rub the cod fillets with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your favourite sides.
