 Air Fryer Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/41 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or other mix-ins (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.2
  4. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips3 or other mix-ins (if using).
  7. Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and set.
  9. Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of cookie dough you like.
  • You can add other mix-ins to the cookies, such as nuts, raisins, or sprinkles.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
