Air Fryer Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/41 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or other mix-ins (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.2
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips3 or other mix-ins (if using).
- Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and set.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- You can use any type of cookie dough you like.
- You can add other mix-ins to the cookies, such as nuts, raisins, or sprinkles.
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
