Air Fryer Corn on the Cobb

Ingredients:

  • 2 ears of corn, shucked and husked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Brush the corn on the cob with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the corn on the cob in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the corn is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • You can add other seasonings to the corn, such as chilli powder, cumin, or cayenne pepper.
  • You can also brush the corn with melted butter or honey before air frying.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the corn on the cob in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
