Air Fryer Corn on the Cobb
Ingredients:
- 2 ears of corn, shucked and husked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the corn on the cob with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the corn on the cob in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the corn is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- You can add other seasonings to the corn, such as chilli powder, cumin, or cayenne pepper.
- You can also brush the corn with melted butter or honey before air frying.
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the corn on the cob in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
