Air Fryer Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the meatballs with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
- Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- You can use any type of ground meat you like, such as ground turkey, ground chicken, or ground pork.
- You can add other seasonings to the meatballs, such as Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or onion powder.
- You can serve the meatballs with your favourite sauce, such as marinara sauce, spaghetti sauce, or barbecue sauce.
- You can also use the meatballs to make sliders, tacos, or pasta dishes.
