Air Fryer Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the meatballs with olive oil.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
  9. Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of ground meat you like, such as ground turkey, ground chicken, or ground pork.
  • You can add other seasonings to the meatballs, such as Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or onion powder.
  • You can serve the meatballs with your favourite sauce, such as marinara sauce, spaghetti sauce, or barbecue sauce.
  • You can also use the meatballs to make sliders, tacos, or pasta dishes.
