Air Fryer Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 (10-ounce) bag of tortilla chips
- 1 (10-ounce) can of refried beans
- 1 (8-ounce) package of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) can of diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped jalapenos (optional)
- Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread a single layer of tortilla chips in the air fryer basket.
- Top with refried beans, shredded cheese, diced green chilies, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, and chopped olives (if using).
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the air fryer and top with chopped jalapenos (if using), sour cream, salsa, and guacamole (if desired).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use a variety of toppings to make your nachos your own.
- Be careful not to overfill the air fryer basket, or the nachos will not cook evenly.
- You can use pre-shredded cheese, but it may not melt as well as freshly shredded cheese.
- Serve your nachos with your favourite dipping sauces, such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
