Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat1 your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Tips:
- You can add other seasonings to the pork tenderloin, such as paprika, cumin, or chili powder.
- You can also stuff the pork tenderloin with your favorite fillings, such as spinach, feta cheese, or sun-dried tomatoes.
- If you like your pork tenderloin more cooked, you can air fry it for an additional minute or two.
