Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat1 your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  6. Remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Tips:

  • You can add other seasonings to the pork tenderloin, such as paprika, cumin, or chili powder.
  • You can also stuff the pork tenderloin with your favorite fillings, such as spinach, feta cheese, or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • If you like your pork tenderloin more cooked, you can air fry it for an additional minute or two.
  • Serve your pork tenderloin with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
