Air Fryer Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon1 paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
- Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillet, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Serve the salmon immediately, garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
Tips:
- For a crispier skin, you can broil the salmon for a few minutes after air frying.
- You can also add other seasonings to the salmon, such as lemon pepper, Old Bay, or Cajun seasoning.
- If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the salmon in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
