Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon1 paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
  3. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillet, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve the salmon immediately, garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.

Tips:

  • For a crispier skin, you can broil the salmon for a few minutes after air frying.
  • You can also add other seasonings to the salmon, such as lemon pepper, Old Bay, or Cajun seasoning.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake the salmon in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
