Air-Fried S'mores Spring Rolls

S'mores Spring Rolls

Craving a campfire treat with an air fryer twist? These S'mores Spring Rolls are the perfect way to get that gooey, chocolatey goodness with a satisfying crunch, all without the mess of a campfire. They're a simple, decadent dessert that's ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 Hershey's chocolate bars (broken into small pieces)
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Method

  1. Prepare your station: Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with a corner pointing toward you.
  2. Fill it up: Place 2-3 chocolate pieces in the centre of the wrapper, followed by 2 large marshmallows on top.
  3. Roll it tight: Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the two side corners, like an envelope. Roll it up tightly, away from you, to form a neat log.
  4. Seal it: Use the beaten egg to brush the top corner of the wrapper. This will help it stick and seal the roll completely.
  5. Air Fry: Place the rolls in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is gooey.
  6. Serve: Carefully remove the spring rolls from the air fryer. Let them cool for a minute, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Tips

  • Make sure your rolls are sealed tightly to prevent the gooey filling from leaking out.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed for even crisping.
  • Get creative with your fillings! Try using peanut butter cups or white chocolate for a different flavour.
  • Serve them hot for that classic s'mores experience!
