Ingredients:

  • 6-8 naan breads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh herbs, finely chopped (such as cilantro, parsley, chives, or a combination)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Garlic Herb Oil:

  • In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil or melted butter, and chopped fresh herbs. Add a pinch of salt if desired. Stir well to combine.

2. Prepare the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400-450°F or 200-230°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

3. Brush the Naan:

  • Using a brush, generously spread the garlic herb oil mixture over the top surface of each naan bread.

4. Grill the Naan:

  • Carefully place the oiled side of the naan bread down onto the hot grill grates.
